4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in work product developed specifically for clients shall transfer to clients upon full payment. Zyvora Technologies retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zyvora Technologies' liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed prior to termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
